Who We Are:
Founded on the shores of Lake Purrumbete in 2005 by Scott and Vanessa Wilson-Browne, Red Duck came from the realisation that Australian beer lovers needed choice and quality returned to the pubs and shops. They have always brewed all natural beers, so you can enjoy purity, freshness and good health from the World’s most popular beverage.
Starting out on a farm, in regional Victoria, was challenging. When the property was put on the market in 2009, they grabbed the opportunity to move the brewery to Ballarat. Ballarat was a great choice as it is a vibrant regional city with great food and beverage culture, as well as a long history of brewing.
What We Do:
Red Duck is a brewhouse that creates high quality ales and lagers. Simple processes guarantee simple, uncomplicated and pure results with each sip of beer.
Each batch is brewed using no additives or artificial chemicals.
You aren’t going to find a cheap, thoughtless, just-for-profits beer here. There’s an expensive process both in terms of time and ingredients that guarantee amazing quality with each batch.
